THE FUTURE IS NOW

During a time when joy, community, and international unification was needed above all else, golf entered the picture as the defining factor in the future prosperity and wellbeing of the world. From out of nowhere, stepped a young man who believed golf was the answer to prosperity and opportunity for all.

This young man gathered a team of international industry experts from Hollywood and around the world who were all dedicated to making golf the coolest, sexiest, most hip sport in the world. This young man believed golf was the defining answer and saving grace capable of elevating the positive impact humanity makes on one another. An extremely positive golf organization creating innovative and exciting tournament experiences along side positive community outreach would lead to the creation of a new era in golf entertainment industry. It was true, combining the forces of golf with entertainment would increase community, opportunity, and economic prosperity around the world.

Led by the youngest professional caddy in golf turned Hollywood Producer and Professional Golfer, Luke Kohl, aka The Mack Daddy Caddy, the international team of specialists in the advertising, marketing, fashion, entertainment, and media industries would defy the odds and bring the vision for the future of golf to life.
INTERGALACTIC GOLF would restructure the game around music, fashion, celebrities and personalities, entertainment, good fashion, and totally positive vibes.

Together his team would restructure golf so the game’s maximum positive potential could make a most remarkable impact on the world. Golf could be so much more than a control mechanism and game played in the heat by the elite. Golf’s full potential must be maximized as a catalyst for world peace, advancement of humanity, economic stimulation, and much more.

Together, This is the epic journey of how The Mack Daddy Caddy initiated and directed The Intergalactic Golf Revolution and brought the world together around the greatest game in the world. This is the story of the creation of THE INTERGALACTIC GOLF REVOLUTION and THE FUTURE of GOLF PROGRAMMING.

THE FUTURE OF GOLF IS NEAR

Several years ago, a report from Golf Intelligence.com stated: "The industry has not been able to deliver an "experience" that stimulates more golfers to stay with the game nor has the industry been able to provide an "experience" that motivates the average golfer to play more often." More recently, the UK based golf magazine BOGEY said, "to do this successfully would require someone with sufficient alternative 'street cred' to not appear to be just a transparent "Gen-X" marketing ploy. Also required is the ability to distill what is good about the traditions, lore and history of the game and bring them down to street level. The defining organ of the new wave of golf culture is creating community through brand recognition, thus drawing in the right fashion, art, music and reporting becomes even more important." Intergalactic is here to share with you The Future of Golf.

SAN DIEGO HARD ROCK

Last weekend when Sloan and I went down to San Diego, we had a blast!! We were livin it up and loving the beautiful views as we drove the down Highway 5 from Los Angeles in our white chariot. I took my 4 conferences calls along the way as we cruised at 90 mph all the way. Such speeds weren't out of the question for the traffic was light and the highways are fast and long.

San Diego's beauty stretches as far as the eye can see. Down The Pacific Coastline, deep into Mexico where the sun is always red and orange when it kisses the sea.

So we blasted past Carlsbad, past La Jolla and Old Towne, down to Chula Vista and the neighboring mountain range. Sloan wanted a tour, so I showed her what it was like down there.

I had lived once before in San Diego when I was 24 and just left caddying on Tour. San Diego had always been a favorite stop of mine when ever I was driving the coast or looking for a cool place to fly into for a hot weekend date. The ladies in San Diego are excellent and so very fine! I had a blast there when I was younger. And every time I come back, it gets better and better.

The tall, tall palm trees tower over the wide streets below where the ladies walk the streets wearing bikinis and are super fly. The dudes surf and play golf so what's not to like about these super chill friends from SoCal.

There is something about San Diego. Parts of San Diego are super chill and other parts are much faster than I ever thought. For instance, in La Jolla, there were more Lamborghini's, Phantoms, and Porsche's than I had ever seen before. What a trip this was. I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was in Italy with all the sport car engines revving up for a race

Upon our return from Chula Vista, we dropped over to Coronado Island. There we could see the sky rises of downtown and the cruise boats and Navy Ships docked at bay.Don't we all wander what its like to go out to sea and fly planes off ships? And how do Navy Seals really do what they do?

Anyone would feel super cool cruisin' these streets. Its undeniable. San Diego provided excellent times and very fond memories of all the great rock shows I saw. Like the time when Pearl Jam played near Sea World or when The Black Eyed Peas played Street Scene.

And it was only getting better.

San Diego's downtown is full of tall buildings lining the streets one after another. There are many hotels for all the convention goers and plenty of good times to be had in one of the many hotels or the bars in The Gas Lamp District which is full of cool clubs and bars located both under the ground and in the sky. San Diego is wild and looks and feels like one giant park. Its a place to party and live high for life doesn't get any better than this.

After the city tour, we drove over to The Hard Rock, a beautiful new hotel with a roof top bar perfectly situated next to PetCo Park where The Padres play. All the Parking Garages were full on this night because The Padres were playing The Pittsburgh Pirates. This was a problem and I am sure they had no idea they could run out of parking. It seemed like everyone in town was downtown tonight. The streets were packed and people were pouring out of the clubs.

It was awesome to see a downtown so alive.

Wow, The Hard Rock Hotel was the place to party. I loved this spot and it was really busy from the time Sloan and I walked in the from doors. Armed security guards watched our backs so we felt totally safe.

First we ate dinner at Nobu with our friends Ben and Kristal Morris of Kristal Marketing. Our dinner was delicious and so were the special drinks our waiter kept bringing us. Our eight course meal was unlike anything I had ever experienced. It was perhaps the finest meal I had ever had. I am sure it was. The Candied Cod and the incredible tray of sushi was too good to be true. Fresh and Delicious!

And after an amazing meal, we all went next door and listened to some wicked DJ rockin' the night away. The club was packed and people were having such an amazing time. This was great to see!!

When Sloan and I walked through, we were wondering what it was like on the other nights we weren't there. I assumed this was the place to go in SD. People were having a blast and it was very evident from the way the girls were dancing on the tables.

But there are just so many hours of table dancing you can witness before its time to go home. So Sloan and I drove back to La Jolla to stay with our good friends, Mark and Brooke McDonald. Their beach side mansion is exquisite and they are so very kind to always give us a place to stay when we are around. A place far far from the norm. It was paradise and we were really loving it.

THE NEW FASTEST CAR in THE WORLD 253 M.P.H.

In La Jolla, there are numerous luxury car dealers. One is called Symbolic and the other is called Prestige. Both locations are amazing and carry a collection of the most incredible cars in the world. At Symbolic, 10 Phantom's, 15 Bentley's, 10 Lamborghini's, and a couple Bugatti's greet you when you come through the front door. What an amazing place.

I have placed the picture of The Bugatti up top because many people do not know much about this most amazing sports car. I thought I would inform you about this most beautiful car. If you would like to see more pictures or read more about this pure piece of luxury, please check out www.bugatti.com and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bugatti.

This car is a speedster and goes for more than $1 Million. It is a limited edition and very fast with top speeds of 253 mph. Considered the most luxurious car in the world, The Bugatti Veyron is not a boys toy. Its only for skilled drivers who know how to handle speed with pin point accuracy.

LA JOLLA is WHERE ALL THE FAST CARS ARE

North of downtown San Diego about 15 minutes is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in America. Jutting out into the ocean is the tiny town of La Jolla. The famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, site of the 2008 U.S. Open where Rocco Mediate and Tiger Woods battled it out is located here along with the waves and beach babes.

La Jolla real estate is impressive. The sprawling sea side properties boast massive homes with spacious yards. It is a beautiful thing to see. So too are the fast and beautiful cars you would hope to see while cruising a beach town. Lamborghini's, Bugatti's, Mercedes, Phantoms, and Bentley's are all around. Its a most luxurious existence here in La Jolla and when ever I am able to visit, its a good time. It is a wonderful place to daydream. But not while you are cruising the coastal cliffs and jagged turns. Its fast down here so buckle up and hold on!!

SAN DIEGO's CITY STREETS LIGHT UP

As you all know, San Diego is a very fun town with amazing sunsets, wicked beaches, beautiful ladies, and very fast cars. Back in 2004, I lived in San Diego's Mission beach for 6 months. This was right after two months in Houston and just before my 4 year hiatus in San Francisco and The North Bay.

San Diego is warm and sunny 90 percent of the time. There are golf courses galore and some amazing resorts such as La Costa, Torrey Pines, and Aviara. The night time entertainment around the gas lamp is awesome. Clubs and live music keep this city bumpin' way past 2am. And with the baseball park right down in the middle of all the action, there is never a dull moment.

This past weekend, I was down in San Diego having a blast in La Jolla, Carlsbad, and Downtown SD. Sloan and I had some meetings and we decided to check out what was going on late night. One of the nights we were in town, the night sky was lit up and illuminated like I had never seen before. It was amazing. We checked out The W Roof Top and hung out at The Hard Rock Hotel.

On Friday, I met with Scott Savlov, an amazing television producer with a long history in Golf and Concert Production.
On Saturday, Sloan and I met with Ben and Kristal Morris of Kristal Marketing. They took us out for dinner at the most amazing NOBU inside of The Hard Rock Hotel. The meal was a seven course extravaganza full of sushi, shrimp, lobster, and too many delicious dishes for one night.

San Diego always provides great times and I look forward to going back sometime soon so I can check out a couple more of the great hotels and bars. These people know how to have a good time.

NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS-THIS IS HOW I PLAY

These are the kinds of fields that are best for what I like to do.

Its been a very long time since I have entered a post and I apologize.
I have no excuses except I have not been concentrating on anything but travel and writing letters.
Its heavy duty and sometime hard to squeeze everything into a day.

I appreciate those people following our progress as we travel across the world to find those professionals who believe in making the most of golf!

Danny Wu called me last night.
This Blog started with a suggestion from Danny Wu on the first day I arrived in LA back in March 2008.
What a most excellent day indeed!!

Sloan and I drove in from San Francisco in our Uhaul.
Furzy The Cat was with us, meowing like crazy.

We found The Hollwood Inn Motel, slept for a couple hours, and then I met Danny Wu at Rancho Park Golf Course.
It was my first day as an LA resident and couldnt have started any better.
Danny has seen the projects progress over the past year and has been a huge support.
HE and his wife had a brand new baby girl on Jan 1, 2009.
This will be the best year ever I am most certain!!
Congrats to them!!

Well, my dream and vision is becoming real with help from the most amazing, most talented people in the world.
We are creating programming that will help redefine, redevelop, rebrand golf for a yonger, more hip, much more cool demographic. We are putting the Party in Golf and making sure smiles and good times are right around the corner.

So please stay tuned as we develop and implement this most amazing project with your help.

All the best and continued success.
REMEMBER, NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!!!!

Jan 25 HOMERO BLANCAS!

My Homey Homero Blancas teein it up.
I havent heard from Homer forever.
I wonder where he is?

Homero Blancas, Jr. (born March 7, 1938) is an American professional golfer who has played on both the PGA Tour and the Senior PGA Tour (now known as the Champions Tour).

Blancas was born in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Houston from 1958–1962, and was a member of the golf team. Blancas shot a record-setting round of 55 (27-28) in a college tournament, which stands as the lowest round in the history of competitive golf. His 13 birdies and an eagle on a par-70 course in Longview, Texas on August 19, 1962 earned him the nickname "Mr. 55". He was inducted into the University of Houston Athletics Hall of Fame in 1978.

Blancas' 55 shot round (played on a course of just over 5,000 yards) was included in the Guinness Book of Records for a time, but shortly after officials removed his name after instituting a requirement that a course must be of at least 6,500 yards to achieve inclusion. The 55 shot round is still the lowest official golf score on record for course of regular par.

Blancas won four PGA Tour events. He turned pro in 1965 and was the PGA Rookie of the Year that year. He was a member of the 1973 Ryder Cup team. During his career on the PGA Tour, he had more than 4 dozen top-10 finishes. His best finishes in a major championship were a T-4 at the 1972 U.S. Open, and a T-5 at the 1972 Masters. Blancas spent the last 16 years of his regular career as club pro at Randolph Park in Tucson.

After turning 50 in March 1988, Blancas joined the Senior Tour. He has one victory in this venue – at the 1989 Doug Sanders Kingwood Celebrity Classic. He has 18 holes-in-one during his career, is a member of the Texas Golf Hall of Fame, and lives in Houston.

Jan 18th, 2009 JOE JIMINEZ

This is my friend Joe Jiminez. He was a great man!!
Joe Jimenez (June 10, 1926 – August 11, 2007) was an American professional golfer best known for winning the 1978 PGA Seniors' Championship.

Jimenez was born in Kerrville, Texas. He played on the PGA Tour in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. He spent many years (1964–1991) as the club pro at the Jefferson City Country Club in Jefferson City, Missouri. His best showing in a major championship was a T-45 at the 1958 U.S. Open. The highlight of his career came when he won the 1978 PGA Seniors' Championship in a playoff over Manuel de la Torre and Joe Cheves with a birdie on the first extra hole of a sudden-death playoff.

Jimenez holds or formerly held two of golfs "shoot below your age" records. At the 1991 GTE Northwest Classic, a Senior PGA Tour event, 65-year-old Jimenez became the youngest player to shoot his age or lower in a tournament on one of golf's major professional circuits by shooting a 63. This record was later broken when 61-year-old Walter Morgan shot a 60 in the AT&T Canada Senior Open Championship. Jimenez still holds the most-strokes-below-age record. He shot a 62 during the 1995 Ameritech Senior Open at the age of 69.

Since 1974, the Jefferson City Country Club has hosted a tournament in his honor, the Joe Jimenez Invitational. [2] He holds several Georgia-Pacific Grand Champions records.

Jiminez died on August 11, 2007 at his home in San Antonio from renal failure brought on by lung cancer. He was 81 years old.

JAN 4th, 2009-JOHN DALY HEADED TO EUROPE

I have liked John Daly ever since I saw him play for the first time on television when I was 11 or 12.
Then I met Daly when I was 14 in Kansas City during Tom Watson's Children's Mercy Classic and thought he was good for golf.

I looked up to him along with many other people around the world.
